BounceOT invest in purchasing a car as part of new business growth plans
Our newest asset was dropped off recently by Cazoo
We needed to buy this car to make sure that different staff working at BounceOT are able to get out and about in the local community.
In addition to running our busy therapeutic play room in Stirling [that remains open 7 days per week], some of the BounceOT team are often asked to deliver training, 1:1 rebound therapy sessions and/or Occupational Therapy provision to local schools and charities - like New Struan School (part of Scottish Autism) ; South Lanarkshire Leisure in Hamilton (as part of our joint project with PAMIS Scotland) ; and Ashton Secondary School in Glasgow - to name a few!
Also, we try to go out of our way as much as possible to attend service review meetings - and other relevant multidisciplinary team meetings - for the children and adults we support at BounceOT.
As these meetings are starting to go back to being in person, it makes sense for us to be as mobile as possible during our working day!
We can’t wait to get some branding and signs onto the car soon!
Watch this space! :)
