I’m delighted to share some exciting news—I've been promoted to Senior Therapeutic Play Leader at BounceOT!
This milestone is deeply meaningful to me, both professionally and personally. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside a passionate and skilled team, supporting children, young people, and adults through therapeutic play. Together, we’ve created spaces where healing, growth, and joy flourish.
In my new role, I’ll be stepping into a broader leadership position—mentoring fellow play leaders, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring our services run smoothly and safely. I’ll continue to deliver therapeutic play and Rebound Therapy sessions, hold a caseload, and develop personalised Play Plans that reflect each individual’s needs and strengths.
Brian’s promotion to Senior Therapeutic Play Leader is a reflection of his unwavering commitment to the children and families we support. His creativity, compassion, and leadership have made a lasting impact on our team and our service. We’re proud to see him step into this new role and excited for the energy and innovation he’ll continue to bring to BounceOT.

One of the aspects I’m most excited about is contributing to service quality and innovation. I’m committed to fostering inclusive, creative environments where every child and adult feels seen, heard, and empowered. Whether it’s through play, movement, or meaningful connection, I believe in the transformative power of therapeutic engagement.
I also look forward to supporting new team members, students, and volunteers—sharing BounceOT’s values and best practices, and helping others grow in confidence and skill. Behind the scenes, I’ll be taking on more administrative and compliance responsibilities, ensuring our documentation, safeguarding, and health and safety standards remain high.
This promotion is not just a recognition of my work—it’s a reflection of the trust placed in me by my colleagues, mentors, and the families we serve. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and encouragement.
